— End-to-End Compliance

A documented chain from source to service

Every step in our operation is logged, verified, and repeatable. Procurement teams get full traceability — not a promise, a paper trail.

Fixed suppliers. Controlled cold chain.

Suppliers are contractually bound and audited on a fixed schedule. No substitutions without documented approval — the source of every ingredient is on record before it enters our facility.

Cold-chain integrity is monitored continuously. Temperature logs are recorded at intake, during storage, and at dispatch — every batch carries a timestamped record.

Production logged. Dispatch verified.

Every production batch receives a unique batch ID. Handling personnel, preparation time, and equipment sanitation status are entered into the log before any item advances to the next stage.

Dispatch is only cleared after a documented final check — temperatures confirmed, quantities matched against the order, and a timestamped sign-off recorded by a designated compliance handler.

▸ Traceability & Certification

Every record exists. Every audit is welcome.

Temperature records, batch IDs, supplier audit reports, and handling logs are stored and retrievable. Compliance officers can request documentation at any point in the contract.

Our certifications cover food safety management, facility hygiene standards, and cold-chain protocols — current, third-party verified, and renewed on schedule.

The same system runs every engagement.

Day one and day five hundred follow the same documented protocol. Request our compliance brief and verify the process before you sign off.
